These terms and conditions apply to all tours and charter services provided by Silver Sky Coaches. By booking or travelling with us, you agree to the following conditions.

Participation Requirements

Our day tours and extended tours are designed to be active and engaging. Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in the itinerary.

This includes being able to board and disembark the coach without assistance, remain on your feet for periods of time, and manage stairs or uneven surfaces where required. Silver Sky Coaches cannot be held responsible for missed activities due to a passenger’s inability to meet these requirements.

Seating Policy

Seating on all tours is unallocated and cannot be reserved in advance. While we understand some passengers may have preferences, including those related to travel sickness, specific seating requests cannot be guaranteed.

Passengers are encouraged to make their own preparations where necessary to ensure a comfortable journey.

Passenger Conduct

For the safety and comfort of all passengers, smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol are not permitted on board.

Food and drinks are generally not allowed, with the exception of water in a secure, sealed container. Regular stops are scheduled where appropriate to allow for breaks.

Safety Standards

Silver Sky Coaches is committed to maintaining high standards of safety across all operations. Our fleet is regularly maintained and fitted with modern safety features, and all vehicles are cleaned and prepared prior to each journey.

Baggage

Passengers are permitted to bring one suitcase not exceeding 23 kilograms, along with a small carry-on item such as a briefcase or cabin bag.

All baggage is carried at the owner’s risk unless otherwise insured.

Itinerary Changes

While every effort is made to follow the planned itinerary, Silver Sky Coaches reserves the right to make changes where necessary.

This may include adjustments due to weather conditions, road access, accommodation availability, operational requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Silver Sky Coaches will take all reasonable care in the delivery of its services but cannot be held liable for events outside of its control that may impact travel plans or passenger experience.
