Silver Sky Coaches are committed to the safety of our people, our customers, the community and the environment. As a successful family owned and operated business in Tamworth NSW, our purpose is to provide the safest and most dependable mode of on road transportation in NSW. We utilise our own internal logistics software, based on accreditation requirements and welcome regulations to audit our business. Where possible, we standardise safety technology across our fleet such as three point seat belts, abs braking, electronic vehicle stability, lane departure, Autonomous emergency breaking, pedestrian blind spot monitoring and airbag suspension which enables greater safety and comfort.

For your safety, all our coaches are fully cleaned and disinfected for every charter.

To ensure you have a fantastic experience, please review our physical requirements before booking.

Physical Requirements

Our Day tours and multi-day tours are active and immersive. It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically capable of completing the itinerary. To participate comfortably, you should be able to:

  • Move Independently: You must be able to board and disembark the coach unaided.
  • Stay Active: Expect to be on your feet for extended periods, navigating various attractions and climbing stairs.
  • Manage Mobility: Silver Sky Coaches cannot be held responsible for any losses or missed activities resulting from an inability to meet these physical demands.

We want every guest to enjoy the view, but please keep the following in mind regarding coach seating:

  • No Reservations: Seats cannot be reserved in advance for any tour.
  • Travel Sickness: While we sympathize with the challenges of motion sickness, we are unable to accommodate specific requests for front-row seating.

We recommend preparing any personal motion-sickness remedies ahead of your departure to ensure a smooth ride!

Due to government regulations, smoking, vaping and alcohol are not permitted while travelling on the coach. For the convenience of smokers/vapers, adequate stops are made. Passengers are requested not to bring food & drink on the coach; water is allowed if it is in a screw top container/bottle.

Baggage is restricted to one suitcase not exceeding 23kg in weight. In addition, a briefcase or small airline cabin bag is allowable. Baggage is at 'owners risk' throughout the duration of the tour unless insured.

Silver Sky Coaches acts in the best interest of their passengers and will endeavour to operate as closely as possible to the itinerary but reserves the right to alter them where necessary due to weather conditions, unsuitable road conditions, the availability of suitable accommodation and the performance of touring facilities or operational needs OR official restrictions.
